could try the rear wheels on the front could be damaged rim, could be something to do with rack.

are you going to do anything with rust on inner side of sills, would like to see a picture of it treated if so. seen a few like that at back i reckon water gets in that drainage hole from the rear wheel.

dunno about rear but fronts are held together with some sort of glue, sealer heated slightly with hot air gun they come apart.
