could try the rear wheels on the front could be damaged rim, could be something to do with rack.

are you going to do anything with rust on inner side of sills, would like to see a picture of it treated if so. seen a few like that at back i reckon water gets in that drainage hole from the rear wheel.

dunno about rear but fronts are held together with some sort of glue, sealer heated slightly with hot air gun they come apart.

na blue and gradually got worse over the years, been through the turbo thing 2 times before owning my starlet about 7/8 years.

which turbo is normally used on starlet does it have to be before 2001? don't really want big td04 it seems there are different types i.e. 13t etc. i only run maximum 0.8 boost on mines plug and play. My turbo is smoking this is the one i have TD04L 000504024, can't seem to see 13t or any thing like that on it. For instance would this one on ebay work.SUBARU IMPREZA WRX TD04L TURBO CHARGER Would consider going back ct9 but finding good one of them seems even more difficult.
