For anyone who is wondering, Craig bought the engine off me last year. It came out of the white GT I had which I decided to break. I seriously can't understand how the timing was out, or the headgasket is buggered? The water pump could be worn but that's just general wear and tear, I had that engine up and running so many times, even fitted a Sard K24 kit to it but then unfortunately needed the money for the Glanza so sold everything. If it was buggered I would have just sold it in parts and I could have made around the same amount of money, but I am certain it was working 100% before I remove

Yeah, you can remove that and leave the pipe on the car open to breathe.

That's the first time I've heard that, a few people have removed it including myself.

Try smaller bushes as you mentioned. I had the same exhaust on my GT and it was fine.

Nothing will go wrong with it, but drain it asap. You can drive the car without breaking anything.

I'm seriously unsure about the bonnet at the moment, the front bumper is being replaced with a Livesports style so I'll see what goes with that better! @ David. We did some more treaks yesterday, just getting some small bits done such as fitting the door cards properly, tie the exhaust up until I get hangers welded for it (EP82 system), bled the brakes and a few more touches. Most of them are ready, but couriers are really bad with damaging items lately and I can't have these bonnets sent at a risk. I'm ordering some custom sized, double walled cardboard boxes as soon as this company gets back to me so hopefully not long now!
