I mean the prices I posted; they are all quotes for 4 tyres. Ste, what other rubber do you have in mind? I want Uniroyal Rainsport 2s but I can't find them anywhere, I rate them more than the T1R.

All the prices listed are for 4!

Now then, I'm planning on ordering some new rubber this week but I like to shop around before spending Post your links for cheap tyres, this could be useful for the future too. If we have enough decent information, we can sticky this. Right I am searching for 195/45/16s and I'm going for either Uniroyal Rainsport 2's or Toyo T1R's. £199.99 delivered - eBay £236.16 delivered - Black Circles £196.96 delivered - Camskill £247.20 delivered - My Tyres £220 delivered - TM-Developments Any links for cheap tyres? ;) Cheers Idrees

Nice pictures, yours will look ace once the rear sits down!

I didn't know this, maybe I should try them again some time. I'll add the Red Stuff to my to-do list too then ;)
-
Also my Yellow stuffs did not last long at all! They were on my GT (211bhp) they took around 6 weeks of abuse before I stripped the car for parts, when I took the brakes off the pads had nothing left!!
-
My old Glanza was running 219bhp, the only braking mods I had were 3G grooved discs and Green Stuff pads.. The braking power was surprisingly well! Some of my passengers often commented on them too!
-
Great news. Also, you have a PM. I have something uber for you car, and it's something you've always wanted!
-
Looks like a mistake in the ad! I ordered myself a Blue one
-
The Green pads stop the car a lot better, simple as.. I've heard many say the Yellow Stuff require warming up before performing at their best but even when warm, my Yellow Stuffs had more fade than the Greens! They also make a horrible humming noise on hard braking, quite annoying!
-
I highly recommend the Green Stuff over the Yellow Stuff for road use bro, I've had both on my Starlets and didn't rate the Yellow Stuff for road use.
-
If you get proper spacers then they will look ok. Some of the are really thin though ie. 15x5.5" so could look quote shabby IMO! The Starlets suit ET37-38 so just picture the wheels sticking 7-8mm in to the arch.

Yeah, some people on my Facebook were really annoying me with their status's, trying to explain why they think what happened was almost OK. I had a few discussions with some people, then put that as my status to piss them off and yeah these were Muslims people, so I was speaking in favour of the British. I'll read all this thread tomorrow.

Awesome news, the wheels look fantastic imo
-
Mount it as close as possible to the cross member, you will want to make some custom brackets for it too. Also Si's is a Greddy therefore a slimmer core.

New wheel paint....now multicoloured

First things first, what I about to type is not the way I think! This is what they apparently think. They believe the British/US navy have messed up their countries, killed innocent people and taken the good stuff (oil) so basically by burning the poppy, they are trying to vent their anger against the Navy. I questioned somebody who thought in a similar manner, and asked them why they live in this country if it's so terrible, but they said they were not against the British but they were against the killing of innocent people. I don't see why they are protesting in the name of religion though, if they so desperately want to protest, do it in the name of your country! Surely it'd make more sense! Again, that's just information from another person I was speaking to, and I'm just trying to express how they think, not how I think!
-
Totally agree. I'm actually quite sick of arguing about this with other Muslims today. They have disagreed with the poppy burning but they say these Muslims are expressing their rage towards those soldiers who apparently messed up their countries/killed innocent people. However, I cannot understand where this brings in religion?! Okay, they may have been Muslim countries, but if they are supporting Iraq/Afghanistan, why not wave their countries flag instead of dragging religion in to it? Either way, they were bang out of order and I will tell this to anyone who thinks otherwise! I've had plenty of Facebook 'debates' trying to explain why what they did was totally bang out of order, but some people just don't see my view and think it's almost okay to do this because of their families being killed back home. Some also say that they don't have a problem with the country but only with the killing of innocent people, but whatever their problem is, they need to deal with it in an orderly banner. Burning things isn't going to do anybody any favours, it will only cause more hatred and fuel the fire! Spot on Amjad. A lot of people believe that Mosques teach you terrorism, bombing etc and it shocks me! I don't blame them for believing what the media show them but I've been to so many mosques in my life, and it's the one and most peaceful atmosphere I can go to! If I ever heard people discussing an attack, I'd report it. Whether that be in a church, a mosque or on a damn bus! Another thing is, I've witnessed a lot of people tar us with the same brush, but in the 4 years of being on UKSC I can't recall ever feeling this way. The guys on here are awesome and I know that they know better than to tarnish us with the same brush! I want to start a group for Muslims who are against extremists and terrorism. A lot of non Muslims will just believe what they hear on the news (that is quite fair it's not essential for them to research in to our religion) but I think the 99% of us need to protest against these extremists, it will be difficult as we will have a lot of people telling us we're going against our 'own people', but no thanks, I don't want any links with these people. I'm a Muslim and I believe in the 5 pillars of Islam, this doesn't include anything to do with terrorist, in every other sense I'm just like everybody else and want to enjoy life where I can. And it's the same for 99.9% of us! I'm just the same as any other guy, my belief in God and approach to him makes doesn't make me different to any non Muslim!

They need to understand that Remembrance Day is aimed for WW1 (iirc). They're probably venting their anger towards who went to fight in Afghanistan/Iraq totally not how they need to approach their problems.

A mint 96 spec interior is worth up to £100 imo.
