The original ones are made of plastic so they flex really easy, mine are made from FRP so will be a LOT stronger.

The gap was bigger than the OEM ones on the original fenders I borrowed, the first few pairs I had made came out just the same but after that they seem to fit better. I've not had a single complaint for the last 10 pair or so that I've sold.

It's such a shame, heard so many poor stories about TD now. Mike and Nick are top guys, really nice to deal with in my experience however I have never had any service from them, I've only bought a few parts ie. Clutch/headbolts. So the Demo GT was not practical for my weekly motorway commutes and general local driving, so I've got myself this little beast.
