I dropped the car off with Ricky @ Race Tech this morning for a full remap and he is also going to fit the Autofixed exhaust system if it's not too much of a job. Will update with the results, but I'll only have a Dyno graph on the 7th of Novemeber.

Sounds cool, I won't really have much time limits (will check cinema times etc at Bluewater and update with the time I can stay til).

Next is to wire up my Defis and fit my Walbro Fuel Pump, then it's going for mapping this week! One thing I didn't get time to do was the Quaiffe LSD. But that will be fitted next time.

Hey guys, It has been such a long time since I organise a meet, so I've been in touch for a 'proper' Rolling Road meet. I organised one previously at RS Runing in Leeds, it was cheap at £35 but as some of you can probably remember, the RR was shit and 90% of people were disappointed with results. The Racing Line has some awesome reputation from what I know. They tune bigger cars like Evos etc all day long so sure know what they are doing. Gee organised a meet here a couple of years ago and from what I remember, it was a pretty good meet (I didn't go, just read about it). So, I've been in touch with The Racing Line this morning, asking for a quote to dyno my car. They said £80 for a single car, and I thought this was a bit much. I asked for a group price, and to my surprise it is only £45 per car!! And on top of this excellent price, we only need a minimum of 5 cars to go on the RR to run at this price. If we get more cars then the price is reduced further. You will get 3 runs, and a prinout of BHP, WHP and Boost/AFR!! This will be an awesome event so I'd like as many people to come as possible! Prices: 1-5 Cars - £45 each 6-15 Cars - £40 each 16-25 Cars - £35 each Location details: The Racing Line, Washer Lane, Halifax. HX2 7DX. Time/Date: 7th November 2009 @ 9am. Cheers guys. I have fitted the AVCR and Defi gauges too, hoping to wire them up tomorrow and I'll add pics of everything then.

Up and running! Just need to connect my AVCR boost controller, and she is going to Ricky @ Race Tech for a remap early next week! :harhar: I will clean the engine bay and add some new pictures tonight.

Sparky yeah I priced them high on a 10 day sale. I don't wanna sell them but if I got stupid money for them I would. If they don't go on eBay they are staying with me. :harhar: Cheers guys, got the new engine and everything fitted today. It's a shame I couldn't bring the car home though, it didn't want to select 1st and 2nd gear for some strange reason, so that will be looked at tomorrow. A few pics from today. Clutch and other bits fitted to engine, and gearbox refitted. Hours later.. Excuse the dirt please, it will get a really good clean once up and running properly. Oh, and thank god I didn't have to chop up the bumper for the FMIC! Wish us luck with getting this gear issue sorted please guys, I'm really hoping it's something minor.
