Water pump is highly recommended when you're replacing the timing belt. Are you having the head freshened up too? Stem seals would be a good idea if so.

Are they properly adjusted? The DGRs can go they low just by adjusting the springs (the incorrect way).

You can rebuild it, we can supply the parts you need. Are you able to describe the noise in more detail? A video may help too.

What clutch are you using? Was it fully inspected before fitting (even if it was brand new)? I assume the clutch release bearing was replaced too?

We only use Aisin pumps, they are the same as the ones Toyota supply. If you compare one of our pumps to a Toyota one side by side, they'll look exactly the same. When did you guys buy the pump (roughly)? We must have sold over 40 of these, I've used them myself a couple of times too.
