So it's been a long weekend of work but I think the GT is finally road worthy. Had another rad hose go. So I made up my own. And I removed the fpr as it was reading 60psi and didn't want to adjust to 34psi. Also did the injector seals just for the fun of it. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

So after fitting a civic half rad, my coolant hoses keep splitting. First it was one of the turbo pipes. So I changed both rad hoses and turbo hoses to dinner uprated ones. But now the hose going to the water pump has split. The previous radiator didn't hold any pressure which is why I swapped it out. Does anyone know if this is just the increase in pressure finding weak spots or is it something else? Cheers in advanced Has anyone Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

Not much to report on. Changed the coolant and thermostat. And have the rocker a change from red to white. Oh and change the sparks to some lovely iridiums Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

So I've finally got myself a GT with Thanks to Dan106 It's not particularly tidy. Like it's missing half the nuts/bolt and screws. But the engine seems solid. and the body work is straight. Also needs paint and a few odds and sods So this is like 20 minutes after I bought it. Excuse the finger. This is just as i got home. If you look carefully, you'll notice that the grill is missing and the bonnet is being held down with cable ties lol. The silly fucker that did work on this car really didnt have a clue. A bolt was missing on the bonnet latch and meant it almost lifted on the M1. And the "coolant" was 100% water so it promptly decided to boil over as we stopped for a mid way break. First of all i wanted to remove the dreaded carbon wrap. Only to find out it's been painted underneath =/ The NFS steering wheel was grim as well. Like absolutley filthy. Got my UKSO gear knob back on too. As the one that came with it looked like a ripspeed one that washeld on with tape and grub screws.

What a shame man. We were so close to getting it all tied up.
