Megan gave her a clean today. went to a local meet. It got loads of attention, not sure if its the car or the fact its was a girls haha not got much to report, been spending most of the time doing mine.

Started on the engine this afternoon. done a few tests and the car had low oil pressure when its warm. it's also pissing oil out of it left right and centre. front and rear crank and driveshaft seals. i've taken the sump of to fines lots of swarf. In cylinder one the rod has so much play in it you can move it with your hand and the shells are completely ruined. Looks like a complete rebuild. unsure what to do at the minute. i'm in two minds in either i keep the car. whether to rebuild and sell or go to town and forge it. My girlfriends Glanza just has a poly gearbox mount, and its awful. where the engine ones are just stock rubber its shakes the car like mad! its much better when all three are poly bushed, which mine is.

i thought the crank seal has gone on mine, turns out it was the rocker cover, where the cam cover hides it and the timing belt has spayed it everywhere. car looks great man. looks so much better with the new lights.

My girlfriend was in the market in February for a new car, she was keen on getting a Cilo 172, but i somehow managed to change her mind into getting a glanza, after finding a nice white one for sale, which appeared to looks fair tidy but was hanging on arrival, so we gave that one a miss and struggled to find a nice one in her budget i messaged Matt to see if would be willing to sell this, which he was, but he a started to break it for parts it was only missing, seats, turbo kit, and exhaust, so not much. Not really much to update, done a few personal touches to the car, got rid of the horrible metal pedals and replaced them with some rubber ones removed the Evo recaros, and replaced them with my fixed recaro SPG's from my RX8, still trying to find a passenger rail. might have to settle for a standard passenger seat for now. Also sorted out the harnesses, before they where attached to the c-pillar brace lol. i'm going to stripping down the engine over the christmas holidays as my work shuts down for 2 weeks.

its a long waiting game, first you have to find one you like and win it, from sending the money you'll have to wait a few months for it to come then a few weeks for it to be registered. i've done it with my glanza, i was 16 and couldn't even drive at the time so it wasn't that hard to wait.

My bits came today, one of them missing and not as described. bought interior trim which was described mint, but it's hanging. no overly impressed but offered me other bits at a decent discount to apologies.

Gizzmo's are horrible, hate them with a passion. Luckly i have a spare greedy pro fec b i do have a JAM splitter which i need to repair and metal bonnet, it doesn't have the standard bonnet catch
