supplements only make a 10-15% difference..i was on whey protein for about 9months..ran out now for like 2-3 weeks just get a little sore the next day..if you can have meals instead it is way better..if you eat that much chicken breast for example..been dieting for about 2-3months lost 14kilos now just clean bulking..need a bit more size..few abs poping out also

i got 4" MTX Speakers inside the dash 6" kenwoods on door cards Tweeters on the inner front 12" Kenwood Sub All amped up (forgot amp brand) and today just cut out parcel tray to fit my 6x9s havent connected them but going to connect them to headdeck no more room on amp..

no they are not the rods in the GT are much thicker then they are in the glanza even tho a guy in malta got two brand new rods, one glanza and one gt, he got a engineer to pressure test them at the same pressure and the GT rod broke first and the glanza rod bent there was more but i forgot
