looks like ull have to cut the chassis n weld the captive nut back on then i had to with my wishbone bolt

my alk went really hard to screw , really easy , then tightended up back to hard

if it was me id bend the positive connection up a lil so that way it will make a connection , aslong as metal touches metal it will make a connection and work

how do i do this?

to get the farb off surly all ya need to do is undo the droplinks and just twist it about or if need be drop ya exhaust off the bushes then bring it to rear of the car? ive took both my wishbones off in the last week and the alignment stayed the same

sorry dude i thought i sent it ! u inbox been full? lol well the caliper did indeed work dude i now have a handbrake but ..... we had to cut a hole in the chassis to sort the wishbone problem, and no garage will weld it so my friend did his best to weld and the rest i covered in tiger seal and painted in undercoat , so hopefully will pass mot saturday also shorty i left ya an appreciation feedback thingy

i see this up on tggt very nice 2 gripes though 1st a cage and rear seats get it sorted bonnet raisers lol

i sent just one caliper off with post office an it was like £6ish quid so surly too would be like £12ish quid

i used hammerite smooth white 5l is on offer at halfords £9.99 then i went poundland and got a foam roller n a tray , i dint primer at all or anything i brushed the first layer just to get a layer down then built it up with a roller so theres no brush strokes

ahh i see , dint they have to boost it to 1.5 to map it that high then?

if i was u id buy a harness that way u wont mess it up as bad if u make a mistake et but yh with your emb u have to splice n dice it in

^^ correct my mate has alot of there tools and his 12mm ratchet spanner would be intermittent , we took it to halfords and complained about it and wallah theyswapped it but said the warranty only covers the spanner not the ratchet lol

i had a really bad misfire and i didnt have my eml on so it could stil be a misfire mine was at around 5k and it felt like i was hitting fuel cut an i turned my boost down haha turnsout it was just misfire lol

man £44.99 is awesome price but the missus got me somethin similar for christmas although this year ill probably get the advanced wrench spanner sets lol
