so what is a good size to rebore to as i was talking to dave burwash about it as i'm going to be doing it very shortly to my gt and he said 74.5 pistons is good. but what size is best for a rebore then.

I'm interested so count me in.

That looks as if it was amazing mate shame i couldn't make it if only the gt held out until after this but i'm DEFO up for it next year.

front mount is looking good bud,but have to agree with the rest my gt came with mesh in it and it was one of the first things i ripped out just not a fan of mesh it looks better to have the front mount on show for all to see.

just to say bought the oem plastic sill trim from mark extremely quick delivery and even received a refund as was charged extra for postage (not many people would return that). Absolutely brilliant guy to do business with not to mention top bloke. cheers mark. colin.

for OBVIOUS reasons i wont be able to make this anymore but at least i know my gt is going to be better than it was before.

only when i bought the car got it from a guy in levein or something like that lol.

completely died and wont start it can be a number of things and as said wont know for sure until we get it apart. what i do know is when i changed the turbo in december i took out the radiator to make it easier and since putting the turbo in it has been burning lots of water out the exhaust and it required regular topping up of water but never had that problem before changing the turbo as the water level was fine and the water level was the first thing i checked when it cooled down and there was no sign of water so obviously somethings not right..

comin home from work about a mile away from my house was changing gear car just died there was a knocking noise coming from it had been for a small period but not loud enough to be bottom end damage more like small end bearing. Don't know for sure will find out when me and my brother take it apart. strangely looking forward to it.

And i know graeme the amount of times my lecturers have told me to sell it same as some of the folk in my class but i'll have the last laugh when its finished. as will hopefully HOPEFULLY have the engine finished in a couple of months providing i get the parts quickly getting it completely resprayed for FREE after the summer so ideas on colours people. and when the engine is out going to seam weld the engine bay.
