shopping is jude laws first ever film (i think) one of his earliest anyway.He's a joyrider in it comes out of jail and his gf is waiting in a stolen bmw lol,there's plenty of cars in it if i remember right there is a stunning silver sapphire cosworth in it.can't really remember the plot to it as it was a long time ago when i saw it.

i know the one your talking about he builds an evo and the police let him road test it down the motorway.plus at the start they are sitting in a van for the police checking modified cars to see if they are road legal. good film. keep them coming and smokey and the bandit movies are still immense cheese but immense.

ahhh forgot about those stunning mustang mcqueen drives in bullit and the french taxi is the only film in subtitles that i dont mind watching. ronin such a movie.

I like to watch the occassional movie and like car movies but don't know of many so was wanting to start up a list and get every one to add a car film that some may or may not have seen so i'll start off with the most obvious ones. well hopefully, as i think the problem is that apprentices who have done there level 3 they have a portfolio and worksheets/jobcards behind them where as i am coming straight out of college as able to do the job the same but they have that extra experience, so hopefully wont matter too much.

cheers mate. truth be though i should have done it years ago though if i hadn't f****d about when i was younger i'd be in a better position than i am now,as i'm half way through my level 2 and was told up here there is no college that does level 3 but luckily found out that clydebank and motherwell college do it but was also told even if i pass my level 3 i will still have trouble getting into a garage. don't know will just have to wait and see.

same here have you sat an exam already as when i done level 1 i had to sit v76 and v77 if i remember correctly which have you done going to do.

Good luck mate should do it level 1 is pretty easy which are you doing city and guilds or imi.

cheers lads. yep so glad thats me able to take a break from studying for a while. was doing my brain in. but it payed off for me was gutted for a girl in my course morven though she (believe it or not)is better working on cars than most of the guys on my course and puts a lot more effort in than some of the guys and she failed one of them but i'm sure she'll do it on thursday.

had to sit three exams today in college for my level2 in motor vehicle servicing and repair and PASSED all three well chuffed, only 2 out of 12 passed the rest have resits on thursday.I've got more later on in the year but can relax a wee bit on the studying side for just now though. :D ;)

rick is right chalk or talcum powder is best to cure a squeak be careful not to pour tons on though. its possible it could be the alternator internals or the belt could be too tight if you recently changed it but if it was your water pump there would be signs of water lying on the ground where you park it so check that.
