Right guys i'm picking up a new gearbox for the gt on wednesday as the current one is on its way out and i have only recently installed my exedy cerametallic paddle clutch with the release bearing in it. i'm wondering will a new oem release bearing be ok with the exedy clutch or do i need to get one from somewhere and where ? yes i know but needs must and yes its as you described i know what you mean the 3 legged thing lol and i already have a water temp sensor and a icv on order from toyota so i'm looking for anything else really to consider once i've done that, i'm gonna set the tps aswell as i know it needs done. as whats throwing me is i replaced the water temp senor that worked and then it started acting up again ??

Alrite guys i have a couple of issues i need to deal with on the gt. it started off with at idle my afr's would jump to between 16-17 but when throttle was applied and moving it would return to normal, i changed air temp sensor never done a thing so was advised to change water temp sensor so i did with a spare i had lying around it worked afr's went back to normal that was over a week ago and its started it all over again ? i have also checked my idle control valve i took it apart and noticed that the brass disc in it that has 3 legs on it well one of them has snapped could this be causing t

Nazzuro that is an outstanding tat mate want to get a phoenix myself sometime. here's an old pic of mine i've still not got round to getting it finished my mate done this one for me only the 5th tattoo he had done at that time and it kind of shows some of the outline is ran in some parts so i'm gonna get someone pro to finish it off easily sorted think it was just to big a tat for him at the time.

was how i received them and as said i sent them in the same box i received them in but if there well packed between them then there shouldn't be any problem, but wish i did send them in seperate boxes now. and no not really they'd just score the inside of the cam cap gutted as i really didn't want to sell them in the first place but my situation forced me to and now there scrap.

Here's the damage that was done can clearly see that there is a chip in the cam lobe and what looks like damage from the cam gear hitting the other cam which could only have been done with being dropped or thrown into a van or such like as i packed it well with lots of newspaper inside to keep the cams seperate and there was no obvious signs of movement in the box they were secure as i would not have sent them otherwise. but been in contact with him and he's happy to wait until royal mail refunds me which is good as he could've been difficult, now the fight will rage on with royal mail now.

received the pics there is noticeable damage i've emailed him and informed him that i have no money for a refund and will need to claim royal mail and i will refund him when they refund me. its all i can do

He says he is gonna get me pics of the damage and i sent them through royal mail special delivery if they are damaged i can claim them for the money back but has anyone claimed royal mail back and if so how long did it take ?

Ok guys i need some advice here on what i should do i had a set of 5efhe cams i sold here recently they were in very good condition i have pictures to show there conditon and an ex member on here enzo_e492901 purchased them i got them sent to him in the same box i had received them in as i hadn't even used them only had them out that same box twice and he says they were damaged on transit and wishes a refund where do i stand as i feel its not my fault they were damaged they were well packaged advice on what i should do folks as i only sold them as i need the money and don't have the mone

yes spot on rory was trying to make it easy to understand aswell lol but as said the routing i have is hose from top of rocker to a port on the can and the other port has a filter on it. the pcv vacuum side that connects to the inlet is standard now i can see on yours you have rocker and pcv going to the can does your can have a 3rd port ? that you use for your vacuum as i'm unclear on that ? EDIT: can see it now in your pic my catch can only has the 2 ports though i have adapters for it so if i need to i can modify it

ok lads gonna post up your catch can setups as i am on my 2nd crank seal since i rebuilt the engine so it must be the pcv. the setup i have at the mo (i'd put a pic up but the engine is out at the mo to renew the seal and change the engine mounts) anyway the setup i have is pcv inlet ( intially where standard recirc valve is) i have a hose there leading to the catch can and on the other end of the catch can a small filter the pcv valve (vacuum) still connected up to the inlet mani is this right or wrong ? cheers guys colin
