Have you got a donor wiper switch you could try? also have you disconnected the rear wiper motor and see if it blows then? And it is earthed through the motor to the bulk head lol

sounds like you have a short circuit after the fuse check with a meter to see if its shorting to ground at the fuse and trace the wiring.

i think you can use the emu software on the emb but you need the correct cable for the emb the emu just uses a printer cable

you could add a emanage blue / ultimate to it to fine tune it etc
