Yeh thats true haha, it must be back pressure, or the ecu hasnt/cant reset to what it needs to gain more power. if thats the case it needs properly setting up, then you should gain a fair bit with that!

Did you reset the ecu and let it idle for a while after? whats best is disconnect the battery overnight, then turn the car on and let it idle for a while (10-15minutes, and make sure the weather is fairly average) and then restart it, it should relearn alot faster then. As you probably already know, ecus only learn a small bit at a time, to learn with the enviroment, dramatic changes it may just reset to base settings. Something to try anyway?

Well that sounds wrong doesnt it? obviously it loses too much back pressure with the mani. next step for you is to drill out your current cat, buy a new one and see if theres any difference when its fitted or not? And there you go then, you will be loaded compared to the other losers

Thats an awesome figure then, especially just with basic mods! i wonder how much extra a mani and decat would make? i think well over 90, mabye a 100 with a thinner headgasket, perfect timing, and mabye a remap if its possible? And about converting it, you also wont lose all the hard work you put into it, it would still be green, and you know the years you have kept it you have looked after it! I used white spirit on a rag, its fine to use as long as its not on there for ages and ages. just make sure you wash and polish underneath after, but i bet you will be doing that anway!

Amjad can you make a quick summary of engine mods you have done to get that power? and please tell me you got a dyno video!

It is pretty good stuff, just make sure you dry it after as my car had marks when water sat on it, these stopped when i used some of that ultra gloss stuff

It would have enough torque when you turbo it! especially if its a stripped out car.

I left the super resin for about an hour, and the ultra gloss for about an hour and a half, so it was on long enough. Mabye just reapply the ultra gloss another day.

With the SRP, i went round the whole car, then by the time i did the whole car waited about 15minutes then started buffing it off from where i started, so it was on for a long time! And yeh i know its a sealant, but if i just SRPed it water would mark it when it settled on it, it doesnt really do it now i put some ultra gloss on it!

Okay okay! i need to invest in some better stuff then, i find the polish good, but it marks when water stays on it, and then this ultra gloss stuff was awesome the first time i washed it, and now its gone to how it is in the pictures, how do i make it better? the first time it just sheeted off! And lol i know its beading, i just couldnt remember it

Washed and waxed it a few weeks ago and never took photos, first i used Autoglym Super Resin Polish, then used Extra Gloss Protection. Look at the water balling on the surface, this is just after i hosed it clean.
