td04 glanza

Well basicaly drove all the way down to donington at the weekend, done two track sessions that went really well then the 400mile journey back home and everything was running like a dream. THEN.......... Got in the car to drive to work early on monday morning and about 20mins up the road my bloody oil return pipe coming off the turbo popped off and dumped all my oil! I noticed pretty quickly and pulled over and got it back on and filled up with oil, in the pissing rain i may add!! So i made it to work like an hours drive away and the car was running a little bit rough, since then i have drove it twice for short periods and it seems to be getting alot worse now!! One of my pals has told me it has probably spun a shell on the big end so im wondering what to do now? Also oil pressure is very low and inconsistant! I was using stuff the oilman recommended me to use silkolene 75/90

I was told they had been replaced just before i bought it and the looked in good condition to me, u can check them yourself Dan.

I would like to get this sorted aswell mate because as i said to yourself it worked very well on track for me and i understand about spending money and wanting results but you were basically telling me its not a lsd yesterday! I will have a good read up on the mechanical diff and see if i can make sence of it! Thanks, Allan

Do you no where i could find the speed sensor? Can I connect vacuum hose onto my boost gauge? I thought vacuum was just for boost reading on it? So what about the soldered wires? Cheers

Fitted my Turbo timer today but there are some wires that im not sure about! First of is the orange wire in this pic, I no it is for the speed sensor but could anyone tell me where i could find that? I guess this is what will control the Auto setting on the tt cause it doesnt work just now. Not sure what white is for either? And the orange and red wires that have been soldered on to the harness in this pic Orange is on green that is IGN Red is on the red that is the constant 12v Im just not sure why they have been soldered on to it? Thank for any help guys

Anyone from Helensburgh dunbarton area fancy coming and giving me a hand if you are any good at electrical stuff PLEASE fitting blitz turbo timer and indigo dials but im hopeless with electrical work im trying to get so much stuff done for japfest 2. I would really appreciate someone helping me today-tomorrow??
