Have a toms front bumper on my gt but it has no fogs. Do I need special fogs to fit or will standard ones fit? Also fitting a blitz copy fmic the weekend and wondering if I'll have to cut the bumper too much?.. As it's genuine n will be painful. Any help much appreciated

Thanks for input boys turbotobz you were right. Oil leaking from the sump and loads of grease from split cv boot had pissed onto exhaust and was burning off when hot. Next questions best way to seal the sump? And is it worth replacing the driveshafts or just the split boot will be fine? Appreciate the help

Have a ep82 gt running standard boost n mostly standard parts and have a problem. Engine runs great and feels really strong and it's fine when cold but when it warm and being driven for more than 20 mins I get a horrible burning smell coming from the bay and when u lift the bonnet u can see little wisps of white smoke coming up from under the top mount. Looks maybe like it could be from the rocker cover or inlet/injectors somewhere or even underneath that. Nothing's on fire but Smells very hot back there n the smoke stinks. Is there anything back there that might be leaking or anyone have any ideas? Taking a look tommorow so would be much appreciated.

Hi all not sure where to start so ill just get on with it.. owned my gt turbo for a year now and the coolant has been pretty filthy ever since i bought it. i never thought it was oily as such just had loads of dirty brown mud kinda stuff in the rad cap etc. did a coolant change with the first service and on about 3 other occasions over the year and it gets dirty again pretty much straight away. There was no signs of water in the oil either (and still isnt!) My temp has always been fine and the car never really used any coolant or oil. Also the heaters never worked and after checking everything else turns out it was the heater matrix. i still havent replaced this although i have one here as its a big job and have been waiting for a long summers day. Right so about a month ago i started to loose a bit of coolant, seemed to be forcing itself out the overflow pipe but only now and again so just topped it up when needed. So 2 weeks ago now i was fed up with filthy coolant and my rad playing up so bought a civic rad and new hoses etc which has done nothing lol coolant still filthy and then about a week later my car has started slightly misfiring and feel really lumpy on idle. so i checked the plugs and leads etc with no luck so i just took it to my mechanic and he seems to think that all this is down to my headgasket going. hes a friend and trusted mechanic so hes not scamming me and i think this is a fair enough assumption given the symptoms but my only worry is that coolant was filthy a year ago and that seems to be the main reason he thinks its the headgasket. surely a headgasket wont slowly die over more than a year? Any thoughts would be much appreciated as i dont wanna have the headgasket done and my car still be running shit after thanks

has to be in the centre or to the right hand side of the bumper. Failed my mot because i put it on the left lol.

cheers for all the input so is there any way of finding out what way the fan spins or do i just have to way til i see it working on the car? @sparky thanks for finding the link but thats the fitting kit that came with it i just couldnt work out what to do with it all lol

hi all recently purchased this kit off ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HONDA-CIVIC-CRX-DEL-...494365627249785 just wondering if anybody knows how to attach the fan to the rad core? it came with the fan and the bits to put it together but cant figure out for the life of me how it goes. can the fan be touching the rad or should there be small gap inbetween? anyone bought the same or similar kit? any help appreciated cheers
