Starlets and Starlet parts are definitely increasing in price because of their rarity and the ease of which to source high performance parts for them. A good Starlet is now a rare and sought after car simple as. They are almost a cult car at this stage and deserve a decent price tag

Yeah I buy very few cars off the Internet mate most are just word of mouth or cars I know people have. A lot of them are old customers cars too. Nothing like an unknown EP

Got this recently off an old woman who owned the car since 1998. She bought it with 51, 000 miles back then and it only has 70k on it now. She only used it to get to and from the local shop and church lol. Unsurprisingly, due to the low use the car is in excellent condition and is very original. The shell is excellent all round all the arches, sills, spare wheel well etc are all rust free. Very tidy car. Anyway I fitted a custom made spoiler, 40mm lowering springs all round and a wee set of alloys I had in the shed. I took off all the old shitty stickers on the windows and gave the car a full valet and here she is... Will probably sell it soon. Was a fun, quick little project

Lol this thread is hilarious! I am glad to say I never had any problems with anyone on this forum, and not having a dig Hawwy but Starlets are getting so rare now it's a shame to see them being broke completely. I've had well in excess of 100 starlets by now and have broke a few but all have been write offs due to crash damage etc. Even put the car back standard and sell it on. it will keep the scene going and going. Killing a starlet and taking it off the roads permanently will lead to a very quick death of these beautiful cars. Sell the parts by all means but keep the cars on the road
