  1. As far as I am aware, you can't even get a sump gasket for a starlet and you have to use sealant. Just makes sure both surfaces are clean, use some emery tape or something to clean them up. Wipe down all the dirt/filings from cleaning. Put an even layer around the sump, spread it with your hands and make sure there are no really low points but don't put LOADS on. Put it on straight, flat and put the two middle nuts gently first so it doesn't fall off, then work on opposite corner rule and work inwards to the middle then tighten them all up. It's easy really..
  2. A few of my mine... Random modeling one.. Geeky Glamour, just for the giggles.. Bit of baby oil.. Plenty more where they came from
  3. Alright.. Does anyone know who stocks wilwoods as I am in desperate need of a set but no one seems to have them in stock or be able to get them anytime soon. Cheers
  4. I'd defo go with TD tbh, been nothing but helpful with me, did my map spot on where as I have had nothing but bother and ignorance from rickys stuff
  5. Replacement screen normally effects no claims. Just look around for someone who works for a windscren company, ask them to do it on the fiddle for you, will charge about 30 quid or something or just ring up a small company and ask how much to change
  6. I'm normally in washington mcdonalds on a sunday and roker mcdonalds most weeknights, white gt, the lime green one is lewis
  7. To finish it off to where he ignored me: Him: Not at all as i have the car with me at work Me: Got any proof of the gearbox work? Him: Yes thanks Me: Can I see it?
  8. ME: What's the condition of the engine and box? Any crunches in gears etc? HIM: Engine is clean mate, there is a picture? And no crunch into grars, its all driveable with no problems ME: I meant is it tappy or anything. Have you had any problems with it? HIM:No mate no tapping, and no problems except for the ones listed, nothing technical though ME: I saw this listed previously and it sold for 920, how come it's relisted? HIM: I had a new gear box put into it ME: So the gearbox takes the car from 920 to 2500? And that still doesn't explain why it hasn't been sold to the person who won the auct
  9. I see, well in that case as I don't want spacers does anyone know what offsett etc fit?
  10. Do they come in different offset? I thought grids all had the same?
  11. Right, All I need to know is: Do 15" rota grids fit over wilwoods or ksports without spacers? Secondly Does anyone know the dimension shizzle so I can work out whether the calipars would hit my current wheels? Cheers
  12. Aye I saw that one Craig. Anyone got links to things?
  13. What one do you all use? I want something good instead of a boring thing... EDIT: With links please
  14. Want to go without spacers though thats the point. If rota's don't fit, then I will just put spacers on my wheels I got on now...
  15. Cheers liam but we are onto sizes and stuff now ;) Hmm, someone must have some grids with big brakes?
  16. I know Ksport and wilwoods fit under 15's, I not going 16's. It is the calipar hitting on spokes, not the size of the disk so it is just a case of the offset.
  17. So does anyone know if 15x6.5 ET40 Rota Grids clear Ksport/wilwoods?
  18. Right.. So then if I have a low offset, will it not end up sticking out too much? What offset is usually used on starlets?
  19. Higher offset, more clearance I will have? Is that right..
