I was told there was pretty slim chance it would be standard holding 229 but it was. Someone said 180 would be max for a standard clutch

Are st202s single pots then? I always thought they were twin. Learn something new everyday

Well well well. I put a post up about my clutch slipping slightly a bit ago but then it stopped after couple of days and has been fine ever since. Turned out ive been running 229bhp through a standard clutch with no issues pretty impressive.

Hi guys, I'm purchasing some forged pistons, rods and headgasket. I am wondering which combo I should be going for in terms of compression ratio and headgasket thickness. I am aiming for 74.5mm wiseco pistons + scat rods with a steel headgasket. My turbo I will be running will most likely be a td04 or similar VF series I have a choice of either 8.5:1 or 9:1 headgasket either 0.6mm 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm 2mm thanks guys, dan

Id leave it tbh, rust looks horrible but stainless shoudlnt rust depending on grade but think the grade they use for manifolds does rust. Check it, if it sticks to a magnet it will rust. Id say leave it while it looks good then wrap it when it doesnt

What vf series turbo can you suggest as it will save me buying a new turbo kit if i get a td or vf series

Smashing, so when looking at injectors for use with an emanage blue are there any favoured CCs when running that sort of power. Also is there need for a variable fpr?

What power and boost level we looking at with a standard td04?

Im currently run a tf035 and either going td04 or td04 hybrid. or if someone can suggest a good td or vf turbo to run on a wepr kit that will bolt straight on? can a blue only run on standard injectors?? I google searched it and came back with the ultimate having couple extra features and a bit more accurate but cant see it justifying paying another 500 ish to get one if the blues ok

Hi guys, i have an emanage blue on my glanza which is at 229bhp atm. Im aiming towards the 270 to 280 bhp. ive read somewhere that the ultimate has launch control which im not really bothered about. also that the ultimate has 20x20 mapping and the blue has 16x16 whatever this means? Guessing its the size of the graph/table its mapped on so the ultimate is a bit more accurate. Would a blue still be sufficient at 270bhp with the correct injectors? And which injectors? I personally can't see there being an issue bottom end as it was only at 2.6 bar for a matter of seconds so just imagine its ruined the rings and/or piston. Unless extra boost pressure could cause bottom end failure but I thought that was caused by oil starvation?

If it needs new engine I'm just going forged and I'm 99% sure it does. Be interesting to strip the engine down just to see whats occured!

Think the connection on the compression tester is a bit shabby. Going to try another one from work but pretty sure piston/rings 2nd from right of engine has had it
