    Yea you need a washer exactly the same as the one on top to go under the topmount

    If the cam gears not tightened thats ment to make a noise and it shouldnt cause damage but if not yea doesnt sound good!

    Cracked heads are quite common! Check around the cylinder head on the forth runner bolt especially!
