Hid's HB3 fitment..... All i do is keep standard bulbs in my glovebox. Went through last MOT fine. You got a quad if so there's a little more leniency as its projected to a point whereas doughnuts without projectors blind everyone :-)

When i put glanza engine in my Gt that's all i changed :-)

Just the thernostat housing if you got your glanza one still wack that on to make life a little easier

When did you have that installed? My Talktalk was running 33mbps wirelessly then they settle it down after a few days and it dropped to like 18 Wired is 39.8 though Go Torrent Crazy hehe

Skimming isn't 100% necessary unless you overcooked / boiled it but don't quote me on that :-) i don't take any responsibility lol but would defo get new gasket. And if this is the first time the engine has been apart the stretch bolts "should be ok for one more go" not recommended though. If you need any genuine parts go through idworkz as he can get them cheaper and posted for less than i can get them at my local.

The piece to be coated should be left to soak in a chemical solution (mild acid) for 20 minutes at around 55 degrees so should cleanit pretty good. Powdercoat is extremely durable it should not crack...
