You can repair pretty much anything, but it won't be perfect from the aesthetics point of view...

Stock injectors at 260 HP? What fuel pressure was at?
-
They surely not for up to 250 hp... Just a soft upgrade over stock injectors. Should be safe for around 200 I think and the stock ecu should be able to manage them nicely
-
What caliper and disk combo will you use at the rear...
-
Who's controlling them. That's where you will get rpm signal...
-
There are 2 earths I think... 1 goes to gearbox and one to the chassis near the fuse box

Shipping to Greece?
-
Ths calibration is the same I think...
-
I think all starlet top mounts are symetric... My ksport are symetric.
Even if they were asymmetric, the top mount should go as back as possible to increase caster and improve camber curve.

Is the pump relay clicking in the morning tries?
-
So now it stays at 14.8 now? Then it's fine...
What wideband do you have? It's strange that can read down to 7.3...
Stock lambda is not heated so sometime can give false reading, especially if restarted when coolant is hot.

You have to wire the rpm out signal from your standalone to the cluster.
Stock form, the cluster gets the rpm signal from the stock ignition module, which you have removed.

Just get one from a 4efte engine. Plenty for sale in here

The stock dizzy already has the single tooth wheel needed. But even without the dizzy, you can run coils on plug just in waste spark setup

Your 5e has a stock crank trigger? Should be a non distributor engine then. You can run batch injection and wasted spark with only the crank sensor (I suppose your crank trigger has a missing tooth).
If you add a can home signal you can go full sequential injection.

Battery negative to cylinder head, where a number of wires goes to a single bolt.
The second one from battery negative to gearbox or chassis, whatever you like

All ep82, ep91 and passeo mounts are the same.
A polybushed mount will pass a lot of vibrations to the cabin/dash area.

Is AN8 big enough?

Oil fittings should be on the upper side. As you have it now, air can be traped in the upper end.
I'm not sure if oil will drain to engine as it is. The one side gets pressurized oil from the pump, the other goes to engine galleries. Oil pump clearances should hold most of oil. Also i think that oil filter has a check valve in it.
Should be easy to just rotate and lower it a bit

what line size you are using? AN10? AN8?

There are some injectors that the spray pattern is offseted to the injectors. Usually it's easy to tell as the nozzle look crooked...
Yours should be fine I would say..
What are those from?

Check the connector to the alternator that is all the way seated.
Also, is your battery light working?

I'm not familiar with MSD ignitions, but i suppose that to get a full standalone ignition system, like that used on carbed v8s will cost a lot.
You can get a used standalone ecu (i remember someone selling a haltech sprint 500 for around 600ish here). Even a megasquirt, which is a very powerfull ecu, just needs to know some things and work on it yourself.

You can cut damaged layers and patch it with carbon patches and then sand it down and lacquer it. This will look OK and be smooth, bit it will be easy to tell it's repaired.
