  1. some one dented and bent my wing couple of weeks back to the extent my door creeked when opening so know how you feel. Just had the car back from body shop tho ive had every chip, scratch dent and ding resprayed and am in love with te car again absoloutley mint. i know it feels like its not worth doing when you see all the dents but yourl fall in lvoe with it again if you get it all sorted

  3. since reading this thread ive spent the whole day readin about tyres on the net! i usualy just go into a place ask for toyos and what ever they put on i pay for... think ive got to change my ways now so many differnet types!!

  6. Hello, Has the way you can view topics on the forums changed or have i changed some stupid setting? When i go into some ones topic now i cant see all the posts on the topic.... theres just a sub box at the bottom that sais "Topics in this post" then has a list of user names that i have to click to see what they wrote. Is this a change or have i done something?

  8. Hello, i am just about to buy some Indiglo dials, Now there are 2 different types. ones that go up to 180 kph and one that goes to 180 mph. My car has a KMH to MPH converter and currently runs on KPH dials but the speed displayed is actualy MPH if that makes sense Does it mater which Indiglo dial i go for or should i but the 180 KPH dial as thats what my car has at the moment? or as ive i got the converter can i go for the 180 MPH dial? Probs a stupid question and theyll both be fine just dont want to waste my dosh cheers

  12. ah i was hoping not to have to do any arch work, might just gor for 7" then, whats the deal with tyre stretching is it just a case of buying tyres a size to small for the wheels then finding a place to stretch them on?

  14. sorry to bring back a dead thread just offsets and what not confuse the hell out of me! is 7" as wide as you can go, as wanting 8" to do some tyre stretching, is there any issues with putting 8" on the rear with ET35-40? any infor would be great!

  17. Ive got a feeling mines slow to react aswell. I had hybrid set to 0.8 bar on the actuator, it used to hit 0.8 bar at around 2800 rpm no problem, Have now fitted a EBC and set to one bar, it now boosts straight to 0.8 then kinda slows up n hits 1 bar, realy weird im sure ive got it plumbed in correctly, im sure the EBC states its boosting a bit higher then my gauge shows to
  18. i have just started getting exsactly the same problem! couldnt find anything wrong either
  19. EBC all fitted boosting to 1 bar seems to pull very well now have set a warning and cut off boost if i boost over 1 bar to, try n keep it safe. Need to adjust my actuator now as ive set it to 0.8 before i had the EBC so even if i set to lower then that boost on EBC it still boosts to 0.8, so will wind that down and have one of my modes set up for low boost to. Also havea reverse scoop on the way, pretty happy with power ive got for a while so am going to focus more on the looks of the car now
  20. when i first past my mate used to swear blind he had 30 miles when the light come on and he used to set the counter everytime it came on, he ran out of petrol many times and parents had to go get him so he knew what he was talking about ha. spose it all comes down to the car and how fast yourdrive though
  21. definatly solenoid after bit more investigation, so itsw just a case of trying to make it quite then its not restricting me in anyway then?
  22. have just read the clicking sound could be the solonoid hiding boost, so could possibly have the vacumm hoses the wrong way round on the valve unit maybe.. cant think what else could cause the problem
  23. ok all fitted now think its ok, set to just below 1 bar at the moment till i can have another play. Seems to pull fine and turbo spools as it should just not sure if ive done it right though, when i come on boost i get a fast clicking sound coming from somewhere and im not entirely sure my boost gause is reading what my EBC states its boosting to. could this be because of the way ive put them on same vacuum hose? is there any other way of doing it? any info please ok all fitted now think its ok, set to just below 1 bar at the moment till i can have another play.   24. Just fitting my EBC nearly there now, just a quick question. i have to run a vacuum hose via a t piece from inlet system to EBC. now i already have a 3 piece split on this for my boost gauge is it ok to put another one in there like the pic below?
