Just a couple of pictures to show the difference between a normal runner and the 3rd runner in the standard manifold. Sorry the pictures aren't great but you can definitely see how restricted it is! This is a normal runner: And the restrictive 3rd runner:

Decided not to remove the whole oil feed return. I just unplugged it from the sump and kept it attached to the turbo. My turbo and manifold are off now so just need to get a new mani!

Yes avoid if its any manifold from ebay! It will crack within weeks!

Just wanted to ask if anyone would be willing to help remove my manifold with me? I havn't really got the right tools for the job and one bolt is rounded on the oil feed return plate to the turbo. I've basically just got as far as taking the rad off lol. Will pay, if wanted, to whoever can help Cheers, Jamie.
