The bov im currently using doesnt seem to have any adjustable spring? I've got a feeling my solenoid isn't working correctly because the hoses are definitely in the right place but it chatters on low and high boost settings. This obviously means that the solenoid is constantly blocking off the DV.

Its the blue one bud; dumpvavle is on the right hand side of my engine.

Haha cheers Phil Ive just set this up but i seem to be getting chatter in the high and low boost setting. Heres a picture, have i done something wrong here? As you can see i have the hose coming from the dumpvalve in the right place and the one from the inlet on to. The only difference is i dont know what the other hose does that is connected to the one the goes to the inlet. Is this supposed to go somewhere else for this to work?

No im being serious.. The person used the hi low boost hoses and did something with them to allow the bov to work on the high boost setting and block it off or something on the low boost setting.

Saw a thread a while back about turning the low boost button into a 'turbo chatter' button. It was either on here or TGTT. If anyone knows what's thread I'm on about, please post a link

Glad im not the only one that has to go through this pain of seeing my car sitting there and not being able to drive it As for the insurance.. Im already 19 but i passed my test on March 2009 so waiting for this date to come up again. Sky require people to have held their license for 2 years lol. I called up a couple of months ago and basically gave all my information in but changed the date i passed my license and they quoted me £1800. Not cheap but affordable this year

Does he do badges aswell? More in need of the badge at the minute and need to know if its pinned or not?

I've decided i want to re badge my Glanza and have located the 4 sticker sets on ebay for around £5 which is the first bit sorted. Secondly, i wanted to get the Toyota badge put back on boot. Is this a stick on badge as standard or is it pinned on? The only reason i ask is because my boot is all smoothed over so if it is a pinned badge then it may be a bit of a problem! If there just sticky ones, where can i get these from? Thanks!

Cheers Dzign! Im stuck on what to do with the tints! Ive got a couple of mates saying they suite the car compared to others, people on here saying remove! I think i'll leave them on for a bit longer, get some other bits done and make my mind up along the way aha
