Just text back. 'Its always ran at 0.8bar and yes it does have a FCD'
-
Thanks for that detailed reply! I've just text the guy asking what boost he's been running the turbo at and how long for. Also asked if hes got a FCD set up with it He has mentioned that the manifold has already cracked and he has just ordered a new one from fensport (unsure of make, possibly standard?)

Not familiar with turbos yet so where would this be?

Started looking at another glanza v now which seems very reasonably priced considering the modifcations done. I just wanted to make sure that the mods im about to list are safely running this car without the need for further mods. Im asking this becasue i don't want there to have been any long term damage done to the car. Here is the list of mods listed in the add: blitz dual turbo timer speedo motion timer speedo converter double pillar pod with boost guage and temp guage decat pipe toy tuning air filter relocation kit hybrid ct9 turbo cat back system 2.5 inch hdi intercooler 1.3 bar rated r

I've just found another car which i might be interested in buying and the seller claims in his add that the ct9 on the glanza is a hybrid. is there any way i can tell if he's speaking truth without reciepts? Thanks, Jamie.

I've copied and pasted a lot of these from another forum and added a couple myself. Dont have an acount mate. Saw this on another forum and thought it was some good information to be displayed on as many car forums as possible!
-
Cheers for all the replys. I think i might wait for a couple more months then and see what comes along. Nothing seems to come along at a good price

This information was taken from www.detailingword.com and was wrote by a member called 'DaveKG'. Just wanted to share this as i know a lot of people use it! Turtle Wax Colour Magic IIRC, this is the gimmick one that claims to dye to paint to aid colour restoration - which is fine, if the clearcoat on most cars wasn't actually clear paint! T-Cut T-Cut is rather harsh product. I hate the stuff as its completely outclassed by other poroducts on the market, and it puts more scratches into paint than it takes out when applied by hand... Its problem is the abbrassive particles in the polish, they
