  8. No mate, Ive never done it before, just take it apart and you'll see how it goes, need to redo the electrical connectors though as the plug is different for the Walbro fuel pump. You'll see when you take it to bits. Jamie

  11. Another update from the past few weeks, Well I had it MOT'd at the end of last month, passed with flying colours so all good there! My civic rad + fan turned up so thought it was time to get the TD04 kit on; (Sorry about the poor quality pictures) New vs Old; Mani and Turbo on: Civic Rad + Fan, Tial WG, Screamer Pipe, Decat on: Also welded the sensor in for my AEM Wideband: Injectors have turned up too: 440cc RX-7 Injectors thanks to Sparky! Love fitting gauges :/ Ill get a picture up of them fitted when I've got my matching boost gauge and water temp gauge. Jamie

  17. Is there supposed to be a copper washer between the block and the valve? Or does it just tighten up to the block? Also, what torque setting? Jamie

  20. I did an engine rebuild on my drive, exhaust was the easiest part. Just jack her up and shove some stands under as said above! Few bolts and rubber mounts and its off/on Jamie
