i dont like spicing in to the ecu loom. thats why i took the live and earth off else where. a live should be a live and a earth should be a earth. but the bee r might work strange so worth a try. ill pull the knobs off and have a look aswell. thanks for advice will try it.
-
yes that was the first thing i did as i would of forgot lol
-
i had rev1 set to 1 which should be a rev limit of 2500rpm i think havnt got the instructions on me now and the gain would of been roughly quarter of a turn. i did play about adjusting the rev 1 and gain to see if anything happened.

ive wired the green and yellow wires the same way as you have. ive connected the red live wire to a ignition live. and the black earth wire to the body. i havnt connected the grey wire to anything yet as was maybe going to wire in a separate switch. but it does say in the instruction that the grey wire dosent have to be connected for the limiter to work just cant use the rev2.

thats awesome -
surely pod would be better as nice tarmac.
-
yeh it is alot of power to loose. thats a good time. where we were draging was an old air field with rough ground its not like the pod with nice fresh tarmac.
-
there must of been a mistake with your print out. but its nice to have it checked.

i did see the r1rs are rated a in the wet which is good for a road legal track tyre. yeh td04 is nice power delivery. it cant be losing that much power at the wheels surely. wat ecu are you running
-
mine was 14.36 at 99mph 60 foot time was 2.360 im thinking of getting the toyo r1rs or the yokies ad08s and some sort of rev limiter or launch control. i want to get a qualife lsd aswell hopefully before next one. wat turbo you going to get jake or just stick td04 ?
-
nice one cant wait till the one at perranporth.
-
i did wonder if it was you or not i should of asked i was pissed off at the time as i was having trouble getting it in gear. i managed to get a 14.36 in the end which wasnt to bad considering i was having problems getting it in gear. i just like the page for that on facebook do you no any more info on it and where abouts in perranporth.

your car was sounding and looking good

i run with the turbo not being water cooled and its fine. ive got a oil temperature gauge just wait for oil to get up to temp then use the turbo. a turbo gets really hot when boosting all the time watever water you put through it wont cool it.
