thats wat im running at the min which is shit has just started to crack so looking for replacement. yeh i want a nice strong manifold no worrying that it going to crack like the one ive got now. when i had a ct9 i had a mild steel zisco manifold i had that and the turbo glowing red loads of times and had no problems. wats td05 like compared to td04 and was you running a forged engine.

yeh i did see looking through socks thread he striped 3rd gear. the problem is the gearboxes are old in these now and were only designed for 133bhp. so there not doing bad really. i did see a g6 box for sale on ebay but wasnt sure if i need any different parts like gear linkage etc and hasnt been tested much over 200bhp. at the moment im only running 215bhp so only baby power to alot of you guys. but eventually want to be getting 250bhp-300bhp. my 2nd and 3rd syncro are on there way out. im buying a glanza gearbox to put in for the time. this is why i was wondering if they were much different. then i will strip my old box down and hopefully fix it.

i want to get a qualife lsd at some point. so your gearbox is doing ok then have you gone through many gears.

ok thanks for info. so both of you guys are running standard gearboxes with standard gears and ratios.

ok thanks guys. which gearbox did you strip 3rd gear on lol and its there any stronger cogs to put in or did you just replace with genuine.

as above is there much difference from the gt turbo gearbox and glanza.

ok thanks i will try that. but if you look at the link you sent me in the the second pic it says green to anyone and yellow igf. then if you go down and look at the ecu pin out pic, anyone is is 21 and igf is 7. but if yours worked its worth me trying 22 instead of 21.

i dont like spicing in to the ecu loom. thats why i took the live and earth off else where. a live should be a live and a earth should be a earth. but the bee r might work strange so worth a try. ill pull the knobs off and have a look aswell. thanks for advice will try it.

yes that was the first thing i did as i would of forgot lol

i had rev1 set to 1 which should be a rev limit of 2500rpm i think havnt got the instructions on me now and the gain would of been roughly quarter of a turn. i did play about adjusting the rev 1 and gain to see if anything happened.
