I am in the process of changing from an Exedy 3 puck to a spec 6 puck but the Spec has no release with the kit I bought (2nd hand). Would the Exedy one be ok to use or not as I have noticed different clutches have different styles of bearings? If it is not ok to use what type can I use and where can I get one from?

If you put the coils on and didnt get the car tracked then even brand new tyres will be dead within a month if used alot.

Don't know the size or pitch of the front ones either. Just about every nut and bolt on these cars are fine pitch aswell and no shops where I live have them so I need to order online usually from ebay.

Has anyone got nuts to fit the rear strut studs or know the size and pitch so I can order some? I need 4 to bolt up my OEM rear brace.

Yeah well it gets used, that's for sure as I do around 200-250 miles a week in it. Dents and dodgy paint are one thing but fucked up shut lines are another, mind you on the other hand it shows it has been pushed to it's limit and past it haha.

I would be up for this but my starlet is a dog since I had a wee prang. Front end is all black now and shut lines still not 100%, quite a few stone chips and a chunk out of one alloy, drivers door is keyed, window motors fecked. Not bad spec list though, but don't think it would look right on the stand and working 6-7 days a week through the summer means I have little or no time to get it all sorted
