haha, yeah mate that is lucky, wiring is not my strong point! once cage is in and painted up you can crack on all you like with the wiring, also have to design/buy some sort off sender unit for my fuel cell !

soo today, stripped my forged engine down as im giving it a good going over and specing it up some more, bare engine on stand, cams already out. Head off all looking abit worse for wear :| then piston and rods out then crank out bearings seen better days bare block also stripped my old fuel tank out, as ill be running a fuel cell in the wheel well, along with out off tank pump and in-line fuel filter. the old tank looked shit, it was battered and rusted to f**k underside is looking pretty shit too, once I've welded my cage in this will be getting cleaned up and completly undersealed also found this gem in the fuel tank! thats it for now, more soon!

Just need to buy that spare engine off me mate forge it then might be within a chance off keeping up ;) haha

Haha, I'm very jealous off your 4wd. But your right not a true track slag without any dents or scrapes!! Small update, decided to strip my forged lump down, figured while its out needs to be refreshed ! So going in for the whole bottom end balanced, acl bearings, and gonna spec up the head abit more, once cage is ordered should be within the next few weeks once my bloody old boss pays me!! Ill strip the engine and get that sorted and sent off for balancing and during that should have time to weld the cage in!! Sounds straight forward usually isn't !!

well today the delivery man came and delivered 2 very full boxes that came all the way from malta!! inside the boxes was my custom turbo kit from zisco which me and keith discussed at lenght cant recommend these guys enough especially keith top service and amazing knowledge. thanks boys!! custom full stainless 2.75 exhaust single midbox no back box, crap pic unfortunatly, will be fully heat wrapped. custom down pipe and screamer, down pipe has a smoother and longer bend which makes it bolt to exhaust further on. turbo smart 38mm wastegate intercooler and pipework externally gated cruise style mani, will be getting in and out ceramic coated in a few weeks over at zirotec and finally my custom garret turbo but the specs a secret, for now anyways ;)

I'm in for this was going to go with mates anyways, 8 months should be plenty time to save and finish the starlet !

I got loads off sound deadening from behind the dash mate there's quite a lot behind there! As shorty said get down for the bootlid aswell !
