Yeah its not a good idea tbh. My turbo lasted about 4 months lol

Im due to have my car back next month, gonna be over 300bhp god knows wa thats gonna be like, only thing i can suggest is alter the boost in different gears, il only be running about .7 bar in a TD05 in second gear, nothing worse than spinning up, i used to run 1.3 bar in all gears on a ct9 hybrid, first and second where just pointless :/

Tyres are good then, yeah like a TRD, oem diff or quaiffe

Sounds ok to me mate, and have u invested in some better tyres? What about a diff?

Thanks pal :-) well it was only the crank that needed machining all the parts have arrived minus the cams so im due to have it back in 4 weeks fully run in and mapped so i cant fault that :-)

As some of you may no my crankshaft was found to be cracked whilst in the machine shop, after franticly searching for almost 3 days i felt like i was pissing in the wind, however i just made a guy an offer he couldnt really refuse as he wanted to keep it as a spare, he accepted my offer and its getting sent to TD Monday :-) let the engine build continue :-) !

No lugzy i will not!!!! Haha, and ryan i havent really got the time or to buy another car etc its still a fair bit of work im working 6 days a week plus i dont have the skills anyway! Lol

I've got my hopes up on a 5E bottom end that ended on ebay last month i messaged him my number, also the username that you give me Iddy, il give it a week otherwise i may have to go to Toyota lol ive been lending my mothers car for 4 months and shes starting to get slighty pissed off with me haha

I spoke to Mike and he said it was up to me but he would rather me buy a used crank so that he can use his machine shop to machine it so he knows it is spot on, im not an expert at stuff like this so dont really no :/

I think thats why they machine it to suit mate and use different size bearings etc, im no expert either mind lol pretty sure you can use different cranks though.

That ones no good it has been reground and Mike doesnt now how far it has been ground down :/

Good idea mate, fact is im shit with cars though so id have to pay labour in a garage so wouldnt be worth doing lol think im on to something anyway :-)

No Craig it went about 4 months ago thats why i decided to forge it, turned out it had 5EFE pistons in there lol its been off the road ages now and now this has happened, there still waiting for the high lift cams so it couldnt have progressed much further yet anyway so i have a few days to find one or looks like im going to Toyota

The crankshaft is cracked mate from when the bottom end give way, the machine shop said its pretty much scrap :-( pissed off now this bill is just going to be silly :/

Thats awsome, toyota are charging £560 for a crankshaft, i need one urgently i cant even find nothing on ebay now :/ let me buy it off you lol give you more for it!
