  1. Yep thats what i was looking at mate! With a TD stage 3 motor 5E, inlet mani etc i reckon ud see about 370bhp at 1.4 bar if bot more, thats the setup i plan to go for eventually
  2. Thanks buddy! I got the 286's as plan on getting some 15" gt3's at some stage and they were the biggest that will fit even though im running 16's atm and the 300's were the same price
  3. Haha, il enjoy the TD05 all year then maybe get one over next winter with a inlet manifold and standalone management. Looking at socks dyno printout GT series turbo is deffo the way to go, il be running same boost as him on my 5E and i dont think im come close to 344bhp tbh. I've been looking at the WEPR kit is £3000 lol oh yeah... I need a 3" exhaust too!
  4. GT30 mate top mounted!! I thought at the start of mine money wasnt an object but trust me things go wrong etc. my build currently owes me 7k mate and i opted for a TD05 and zisco mani, the whole lot cost me £750 too so not a real expensiv turbo kit, gonna save for a WEPR godzilla kit now and standalone management

  7. Quick update - i have just bought a set of Ksport 6 pots that Mike had in stock at TD :-) should be able to stop now lol
  8. Off a subaru mate it is the 3 bolt type so i ordered a zisco TD04/05 mani and downpipe :-)
  9. Mine took 3 months to get machined lol and the head is still in the machine shop lol and i no that Micheals is the next to be completed apparently

  12. Lol i no what you mean, id probably use it mate and see how i got on with it, plus i would love a garret top mounted turbo sooo bad!!!!
  13. Welcome along mate, could do with a few more welsh members on here!! And in terms of gaining more power its hell of a lot easier to tune a turbo than an N/A, you want more power you add more boost :-) obviously u will need supporting mods etc...
  14. U can use any turbo u want mate its all personal preferance to how u want your car to run. Im sure it would fit on Rickys T3 fitment mani as the turbo is T3 fitment however it is a large turbo and u would require a fully forged engine with headwork, even then itl probably be laggy on a 4E

  19. Yeah i cant wait mate :-) if i was to do it again id buy a cheap V with a knackerd engine and forged it, if u wait around u can pick up 5E bottom ends for £200 on ebay. I paid a fair bit for mine to go bang now its costing me more than the cars worth to put right lol will be an animal though!

Thanks Seba, and John and Amjad i seriously dont lol i can only just afford the rebuild but im getting so fed up of driving my mothers mini about im gonna lend money off her for a dc2 lol if i had my car i doubt id b bothering but its just taking so long now :/ plus i could do with a second car, got a feeling when i have it back its going to be a nightmare in traffic with the clutch im installing
