  1. This might be why.. You can either put an air filter relocation kit on there which will bring a 90 degree bend from the turbo and will put a filter behind your bumper or you can use a fine mesh and a large jubilee clip over the turbo housing..
  2. What an epic day that was!! I topped up the tan and had met all the people I speak to on the forum! UKSO is hands down the best car forum.. Nothing comes close.
  3. Come on guys get down and paid ASAP... I've made the 4 and a half hour trip down with UKSO for a few years running now! Great to put faces to those usernames and to watch the Drifting! Hopefully the weather is more like 2012 than 2013!
  4. As you know guys my B18 Civic is up in the for sale section. Price is a very firm £3500 but would ideally like a swap for a Glanza/GT I'm not looking for a MK1 GT TD04+ Prefered and would like it to be running the required management and not a FCD/FPR set up. Cheers...
  5. Boost reading is completely irrelevant when the car is in idle.. From what I can remember.. My old V sat at -0.4 on idle.. To get your true boost reading you need a long stretch of road ie a duel caridge way or motorway and do a pull in 4th gear. See what it peaks at then. How is the boost set up? Stock actuator? Adjustable? Wastegate?
  6. Proper DIY that!!! Might need to replace the cable ties I carry for spatula heads! Haha
  7. That's actually more than I expected off you being a fellow student! Haha Thanks mate:)
  8. Any starlet owners thinking of going honda.. you wont get much more value for money than this ;)
  9. They are mate!! Weather has been ultimate shit from then till now that I've hardly been anywhere in it to get pictures.. It's done very little miles!
  10. This will happen if the car doesn't sell for what I want it too and I come into a little bit of spare cash ;).. I'm pretty firm on the price and the c4 is the best engine too boost
  11. Im over in Blackpool. Not sure what car ill own by then as my EK3 is currently for sale but might pop over to the land of Vernon Kay!!
  12. Year: 1997 Model: Honda Civic EK3 Tax: Will have 6 Months as of Feb 28th 2014 MOT: December 2014 Mileage: Engine - Approx 83,000 miles / Chassis Approx 113,000 miles (will rise) As a lot of you know, since my first Starlet I've had a fair few cars... Not kept anything for a long period of time. Well its that time again but this time Ive thought long and hard about it. I belong in a Starlet.. Well an R34 Skyline actually but I dont have that cash! haha Got this car last year as It caught my eye on pistonheads and Ive always wanted to try out V-tec and a Honda... Its easy to say that I do l
  13. Ahhh like my old one but TD04! Want Are you running the TD04 on stock ECU?
  14. Beautiful colour mate.... Good luck with the sale
  15. Lovely car mate as I've said before. What you looking for next. Ill be looking to sell the EK or swap for a TD04 Glanza
  16. If these are off my old V then they are 15's mate
  17. I guess we shall wait and see my friend. Right now it will be the civic,
  18. Just paid... Ill be there as per!
  19. Have a feeling the price will be a bit much for me. Would need to sell the EK first however.
  20. Id love this... How much is.. 'The right money'
  21. I went from 180-190bhp ct9 Glanza to an S14 to a stock Glanza and then to this b18 Civic!... If i was to be getting in a starlet again It would have to be running an externally gated TD04 kit on Emanage. It just costs a fortune to take the jump from CT9 to TD04 if you go for a decent kit, I might aswell get one already running that setup
  22. Love the colour of this!... Are they 16's?
  23. That is another option, not cheap to do so however Then again, nothing is cheap when it comes to cars xD
