ye got that one dude its white/light blue not thwe usual dark blue of oil burning. I have just done a rebuild of the turbo side of things and cleaned the block / service engine all whilst still in the car so all i can think of is maybe a little bit of water has entered my oil return somehow so i think another oil and filter change hopefully will sort it fingeres crossed And thanks for the advise guys, so much love for this site and users
Getting white smoke and smell of burning oil out of my exhaust once you lift off the throtle, no smoke coming out of the roker cover or any strange noises but I do have a leak on my lower camshaft seal/sump (drives side) any ideas gents?
On the car the rubber fits perfect the problem is with the little box on the Japspeed back box, the rubber is around 3mm all round to big ( after compressed and heated)
Hmm rite Il try explain better, I've just bought a japspeed exhaust and on the back box it has the 2 hangers coming off it with a plate welded across the top of it with a small box on top so it has nowhere to hang a rubber. Now my old exhaust just has 2 hangers on it that just slot straight into the rubbers
Got my exhaust mostly fitted but the rear rubber is impossible to get through the box on the exhaust mount, thought these were straight fit but the box is way to small
I would love to know, its kept on a locked drive and a full alarm system and putting a parent on as a second driver brings it down, also if you put your voluntry excess up you insurance comes down as most on here would re-build there car instead of claming (i would anyway) hope this helps fellas
Sorry to piss on many of you, but i pay £952.60 with 2years ncb and lots of mods on my Glanza at the age of 20 Im insured with Elephant by the way and they are a great company.
