  1. So last night I decided to have round 3 with the Intercooler. Got the angle grinder out and took away the bar that runs from the bonnet latch to the subframe. Allowed it to slot into place lovely! Really happy with how it is now Just need to drag myself out of bed now.. An sort a boost leak.. Only boost at 0.5bar in any gear and starts dropping off! This FMIC is really getting on my nerves now lmao! As you can see it dead inline with the bumper now and not hanging out! Very pleased. Just need to sort this boost leak now.... Current bay pic;
  2. I said that in my build thread Amir, I know Idrees, spent enough with you yesterday on next day ;)
  3. Agreed but it's structural surely? Held keep the front end stiff?
  4. Recommend a decent brand? Not touching the D2 ones that sheer off and are dangerous!!!
  5. Im in.
  6. Need some HT leads.. Aftermarket ones (not oem) and also some lug nuts! aftermarket again. Thanks
  7. Just ordered on a next day a rocker cover gasket and air filter relocation kit courtesy of ID-Workz cheers chaps This weekends work consists of; Paint rocker cover Paint various caps etc in bay Fit relocation kit Debating to buy blue HT leads.. Can't decide..Lot's of money for what they are.. and i can't see them making a noticeable difference..
  8. *awaits patiently for video's of it running*
  9. Is it safe to completely remove it? - I borrowed an angle grinder and i was going to cut a section out to allow it to go up higher? Needs raising by 3 inches i would guess to get it away from the bottom of the bumper..
  10. Not right now. Abit exessive i think..
  11. That reminds me! You mentioned to have a read of his build. I will have too! I just ordered a rocker gasket from ID-Workz tempted to order the relocation kit from them too (or you).. But £39,99 isn't cheap! Considering it's an elbow off silicone
  12. I did read it varies on car to car, i'm an unlucky one i guess!
  13. TD04 will be after Christmas. Obviously creeping to fuel cut at the moment with the influx of air flow... So im poodling around at the moment, I dont "rag" my cars senseless anyway. January/Febuary i'm hoping to be TD04'ing
  14. The wheel nuts, Yeah there the originals. Got nothing else. .What would you recommend? D1 are dangerous unsure what's a good brand? and thanks, I dont hang about. I'm running out of ideas.. Lows, wheels, FMIC.. I think i'll have to start on the engine bay! Bling time i think! Yeah haha! How's your shell coming along jay?
  15. So, As some of you may know i made a thread in the lifestyle general. Got offered some Rota Slipstreams with nearly new Yokahoma Parada Spec2's on, all must have 1mm of tread used.. He wanted £300, I kept nagging saying £200 tonight, eventually he gave in and i collected them smiling at how cheap they all was. Got home and swiftly and impatiently threw them on! Really happy with how they are, now with 50mm drop, the car looks low and arches are filled. Really, really pleased!
  16. Getting the Angle grinder out this evening. It will be Intercool 1 - Lewis 1 by 8pm i hope!!!! I will not be defeated!!
  17. Bought for £200 Pradas are like new... Laughing!! Changes the cars look!
  18. Eurospec in Guildford
  19. That's life though. Everything gets copied!
  20. To save weight? Your have a loppy front end as it acts as a strut to for the balance as you turn etc..
  21. To be fair that looks the same cooler as i have. Massive core! I'll borrow an angle grinder and have another crack this weekend. Hopefully the pipes will allow me to pull them up slightly to fit!
  22. Are you serious? It's worth almost the amount in the parts.. Then he could sell it standard. @ £2500 if i hadn't bought mine 3 weeks ago i woud've had this. The car other than this problem that's cropped up is perfect. Been in it, drives, pulls and sounds lovely. I want so many parts of this but he wont break it! It's worth £2500-£3000 all day long Ben.
