There was one last night. Poor 4E-FTE is all I can say. It didn't get a break! -

Yeah, I went to the Stance Dailey thing in Beckton, then popped into lakeside for an hour on the way home! -

Other silver was me, stock wheels. I was parked up most the time watching. Can't boot it because fuel cut. -
*97* TD04 Glanza... round 2 replacement
Zeldoz replied to Ollieh17's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
Will be watching this space! That's next weekends task for me! What one you gone for mate? -
I have LED sidelights.. Can you link me a suitable HID then mate? Reasonable prices too?
-
Would these be the correct HID's to purchase? On the selection i would go; H4-2 Hi/Low Beam.. Then select my colour, i would use 8000k. Just want to clarify H4-2 is the correct fitment to work both beams. Thanks http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-55W-CANBUS-SLIM-HID-XENON-CONVERSION-KIT-AC-BALLAST-H1-H7-H4-Hi-Low-H11-H10-/190926278166?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&var=&hash=item2c7417ce16

So, i'm blueing the living feck outta my engine bay. Next up will be fuel hoseing. Now most of the hoses on eBay are just black. Would something like this made for a bike be suitable to hold pressure on a car? Or can someone link me something more suitable? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BLUE-MOTOCROSS-MOTOX-PETROL-FUEL-HOSE-PIPE-CRF-KTM-KX-YZF-RMZ-YZ-/141008925372?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item20d4c972bc

I got mine ridiculously cheap. The bloke was clearly desperate for the cash. Imported in 2009, MOT'd in 09,10 and re-mot'd in 13. It was in there garage when i turned up and we had to dig the thing out! 81,000km so 45,000 miles ish? im the second UK owner...Paid less than £2,000... I couldn't believe my luck! MINT bodywork bar a 2inch scatch above the rear light.. If a trader had it.. It would've been £4,000+ i imagine..

Glanza's arn't renowned for economy.. But they should return an acceptable MPG on a run... I did 150 miles last weekend round trip and it only used a just a tad over a quarter of a tank!
-
Gotta be a faulty lamba! I had same issue on my EP3 once and it woudnt annihilate my fuel gauge!
-
Yeah Mikey has sorted me out. and i remember you knw! You was actually parked next to me i think in the Megane! I'll be buying SSARD. for the sake of £50 its not worth the potential engine failure.
-
Yeah i thought so. I'd budgeted for the SSARD now anyway. but i did wonder after seeing this. Yeah i was the silver facelift. Who was you? I didn't speak to many people.. Alot were in a little group talking to only there mates!
-
Russ, is this true?.. I spoke to Mikey at the meet in lakeside and he said AVOID cheap ones at all costs.. an said only to buy SSARD for £85.. But i have seen this.. and wondered...

I just bought one 2 weeks ago. Bog standard with 81,000 KM's so they are available. Standard cars fetch more money so be aware!

Gutted for your about being keyed. Disgusting. Never understood what this achieves. -

-
That wiring loom.. I sold it to a guy from Barnstaple when i sold my 1AO Glanza replica over 2 years ago.. It may be a different one.. But looks identical to my one!
-
Im not half assing the rest of the build, so ill be silly to cheap out. Oh well! Bye social life and a healthy bank account!

would these springs fit my standard glanza suspension? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151113234263?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

The heart wrenching moment when you order something on eBay. Plan everything out in your head how your going to do it. Make time for it. Then it doesn't turn up ontime. Just had this with silicone hoseing. Couldn't wait to bling the bay out.. Then BAM! It's not here........ Arrghhh!

Will check this. I've been putting it off and throwing my head under isn't going to take long. If it's that i will laugh at myself. Is there a sensor on both driver and passenger sides?
