Anyone had a ny issues with this company before?? they own carpartcourier and wheel courier, basically someone has brought a bumper off of me and arranged for this company to pick it up two days ago, still nothing and i havent left my place as im off work and been working on my car, ive emailed them and no reply, their live chat is offline and their phone number keeps going to answerphone, ive used them before with no problem but that was a while ago!! It is getting frustrating now as ive been sat in waiting and im sure the person who has brought the bumper would like it delivered!!!!!

Ring them up tomorrow and tell them your insurance is going to be cancelled because they agreed to ring your old insurance company and havent, give them all the details of your old insurance and ask them to ring and get the details today, and just let them know you are recording the call just in case this is not resolved and needs to be taken further, plus tell them you recorded the last conversation aswell and they should check their recordings and they will see that you asked then, if they think you may have a recording then they are less likely to say they dont have a recording

Had a similar problem today, i told my new insurance the problem and told them my old insurance said to ring them to check my no-claims and they said thats no problem and they will ring them and asked for my old policy details, hopefully they will do the same bud, their calls are recorded but if it proves they are in the wrong i wouldnt be surprised if they couldnt find it or its gone missing
