Started 2e engine after rebuild, new t-belt, all new gaskets, head skimmed, valves reseated and tappets reset. started with ignition timing no yet properly set and it making a loud tappet type noise. any ideas what could be wrong?

its an autotest car. 12v clutch is too weak, slips alot. Most people use the 16v ones, just wondering will I have problems with the turbo one?

Right, Im putting a flywheel from a gt starlet into a 12v.

My question, is there a difference between the turbo flywheel and the 16v flywheel and the same with clutches?

Should I order a turbo clutch kit or is there any difference?

Fitted a corolla inlet to a 95 4efe starlet. Started the car and noticed a major coolant leak. The original manifold covered a water gallery below the bolt and the far right. The manifold i got is the same as the ones ive seen in pics others have used. When is there water there on mine???

Im thinking of fitting a 5efe in a 92 uk spec starlet 1.0L. Whats involved?

Its on carb so is it best to get a tank from a fuel injected one?

whats involved with wiring?
