If it was down to vac lines would the idle not be all over the place? it's like it's a cold start all the time and the rpm isn't adjusting when the engine gets warm going to try cleaning out the icv tomorrow see if that helps

Is there a way to bring the engine idle speed down I went and got the car to do the work on it and it's constantly sitting at 1500rpm

Yeah that's what I thought but I've put the cat back on so hopefully that cures it... Also any idea wet the fuse is for the rear side/brake lights think I've just blew it fs

Car just failed on a few things nothing that can't be sorted one thing was exhaust idle speed will putting the cat back on solve this not really sure what it means tbh

So done a bit of work on this today and dropped it off for mot so fingers crossed it passes.. I managed to fuck a few things up as well taking out the boost controler.i disconnected everything and removed the boost controler..and now my boost gauge, fog light and number plate lights don't work I know it's strange lol so just told the garage to do what they can with the lights before they mot it I fucking hate electrics!

it did look good but as I found out the hard way that looks can be deceiving unfortunately.. Cool this one has just went in for an mot so will investigate the oil leak when it's back

it is actually quite fun tbh I've never had any automatic car before this definitely surprised me

mine won't go past .5 at the min going to rip out the boost controler tomorrow and have a play with the actuator see how that goes the boost controler it's doing anything at all need to have a proper look at what way it's set up as the guy I got the car from didn't seem to know much about that which is always a worry

I'm going to do all the oils and antifreeze etc just so I know it's all good before I turn the boost up

what oil do you recommend for the box and is it easy to change going to do full oils and filter change tomorrow as its been sat for a long time

The auto box is very smooth was actually quite surprised tbh and it goes well even only boosting to .5 still quite fun

it had a few nice extras that weren't even listed on the add don't think the guy new much about them tbh like it has a near new hks silent hi power exhaust and the guy just listed the exhaust as silent 😂also has optional arm rest ,boost controler that he thought was a turbo timer and he also thought the ct12 was the standard turbo lol few other bits as well but will stick a thread up tomorrow

what's the O/D ON light mean on the clocks and the Manu button ?

not even doing any type of build dude just going to tidy it up and get it set up properly its got a ct12 fitted with an hks actuator but it's only boosting to .5 so going to crank the boost up and see how that goes lol
