an auto box can take a lot more than 170 bhp a guy on here has had a few autos at over 250 with no problems so not sure wer you have got that info from

it wouldn't just be length mate don't think bearings would fit and sure you wouldn't be able to bolt the calipers on with the na,s being drums

did you hit sumthing on your rear wheel don't think you can actually change the hub as I think it's part of the axle..
