i found the problem, i was blocking off the vent side on the actuator ll is okay now tah

right guys , i only get .23bar of boost, but il disconnect all pipes to the actuator and it will boost freely . i don't understand whats wrong , I've tried linking a hose from the compressor outlet to the actuator - .25 boost I've tried it from the plenum to the actuator - .25 boost :@ my boost gauge is plumbed into the plenum , i have a baileys dump valve but that seems to work fine :? and its the 2nd actuator i have tryed :/ confused Any suggestions please

nope, standard set up , there are to stubs on the actuator , do these do the same thing ? ones not for high and one for low? Thanks

dont think theres any boost leaks , only 3 clip and there all tight , im think actuator is knackered, it dosnt seem like it jammed as it only boost that much all the time :/ yes sorry, standard set up

well got the starlet running but its only boosting to .2-.3 of a bar , :/ could the actuator be buggered ? the boost solenoid isnt connected Thanks

^^ had a look under the bonnet when ideling and it was glowing red , this is not the plug but the one secured with a nut ? Bad connection ? or is it shorted Thanks

sorry let me rephase it . how long untill your engine water temp is half way up the guage and has opend the thermostat just wondering as mine seems to warm up quite quick haha Thanks
