As ^^ you will need a pressure washer lots of good deals to be had on Nilfisk washers atm

For people looking for a more regular wheel cleaner, you would be hard pushed to find something better than this, especially when you look at the deal been offered for you guys.

Yeah this basically is an industrial fallout remover and is damn good at removing iron contaimants and brake dust from wheels. It turns purple as it breaks down iron and brake dust yes.

I would get some TFR on there and give it a proper clean with some good shampoo then see where your at, if that doesn't solve it then I'd look at claying the car and a final resort would be machine polishing. Hope that helps. Dean
