Dc2 would be great fun in the twisties but on the motorway a 6th gear wouldn’t go a miss. Either a dc2 or dc5 would be a good shout.

I did Switzerland last year in an ep3 not that amazing but was quick enough for some fun. Sounds mental in the mountains and was reliable. Fuel wasn’t to bad not as bad as what you mentioned above they will drink fuel lol. 6th gear all the way til I hit the mountains hahaha!!

Haha i just sold my eg civic. I'm not in the position to get another car just yet. I have a 6 month old girl now so it's on hold until we move house ;) it's on the cards though mate.

Will I knew you would want another!!! As you know I sold mine years ago I miss it all the time and keep thinking buy another. If u have somewhere to keep it and have it as a second car it's much more sensible as you can have fun on a weekend for a few hours when weathers good. Least u will look forward to driving it more. Where using as a daily would get a bit boring after a while. Go for it dude and come take me out for a spin hahahah

I wasnt trying to put people off. Its an amazing car and i still bought it and never missed a beat such a clean car. It had a new bumper , radiator , wing , headlight i had the receipt for it. All fixed properley. Just wanted to make people aware BUT DO NOT BE PUT OFF! Its a fantastic car and well cared for

Small Update...... Got my hubs out today to strip down had to use some rust off spray but worked a treat. The bearings are shot so i will have to buy new ones but at least imanaged to get them un seized now i can refurb the calipers & buy some new front and rear discs. I have managed to bag me a carbon bonnet for a steal , it is damaged but i have a friend who said it's repairable but tbh if i can get it smooth i will just paint it as i'm not fussed about the carbon look i just wanted lightweight. Gonna crack on tomorrow and try get the sound deadening out I've done other little bits bu

Done little bit more work not many photos though as i forgot to take any but basically the engine is now out and i have a nice empty bay. Been collecting a few more parts recently Still along way away but at least there is some progress. I have purchased some nice wheels that i have rattle canned for the time being to see what they looked liked what u think?? Enjoy

yeh the only reason for the c4 is eventually i will boost it else i would of gone for the b18c type r engine. With this car being so light and me making it even lighter it should fly

thanks dude. yeh will buying an injection tank and putting a b18c4 engine in i miss my ef9 and couldn't afford to get another so i went this route instead its little bit cheaper but will be an animal for track days great little cars

Over the last few days I've got cracking on the car firstly i started ripping the dash and the looms out forgot how much of a nightmare this job is. Managed to get it all out i have the bolts all over the place so forgot what goes where lol but i'm sure i'll figure out when i get round to it. I've removed one of the fuel lines and i still have to remove the other one when i get underneath the car and today i also removed the sunroof didn't realise how heavy they are all about the weight saving with this car next task will be to undo the engine mounts and drop the engine out and remove all the

So Yesterday and today i have been stripping the engine down took the carbs off the dizzy the loom , headlights , M/C and servo basically all thats left is engine and gearbox and few other little bits then the bay is bare ready for paint

So today i was up early again wanted to get a few bits done but ran into a few complications. I couldn't remove the rear bumper as the old screw bolts underneath were solid with rust and had rounded heads so i just left it till i can use my power tools to get them off. So i carried on with the interior got the carpet out and some more of the plastics started to look a lot better now and i can see some real progress when i pulled it out the garage just looked so much better and looks like its gunna be a weapon can't wait to get this rest sorted.

Sorry it's been so long but hope everyone had a nice christmas!! Update Time ************* Finally my car is in my garage in the dry got it in there at 10.30 this morning so now it's there i can get cracking. Today i started stripping the interior got most the rear out and the roof lining just need the front seats out and door cards then time for the dash to come out ready for it's new loom. I will get rid of the sound deadening and clean the interior up i only took a few photos as i don't have working lights in there at the minute. And the end of the month i'm going to rip the engine
