After a set of gear selector cables as one of mine has let go!

Big relief as I was convinced it was the box but I do always think the worsed! Toyota want £200 odd quid for the pair so need to find one off a breaker! 😁

I've said it before but you've got to love this forum, some sound advice here and quick too! I've got a couple of mates who would probably give me a hand so this is all food for thought, also found a how 2 on removing the box so I'll keep you posted on how it goes! I'm going with the worst case scenario here anyway. Basically I'd been sitting in traffic yesterday and after pulling up engine running went to pull away again and it felt like the handbrake was still on, crawled it into a parking space with it struggling and starting to stink. Tried for reverse and nothing, tried again and got it, into first and struggled forward again but now reverse will click in but the car tries moving forward? My gearbox shit itself last night, I've got another box but don't have the confidence to change it myself. What cost am I looking at roughly to get a garage to do it for me? Guessing a new clutch would be z good idea while they're at it.

Can I adjust the door at all? Or do I need to replace worn parts? Can literally lift it by an inch and it's smacking off the skirt before closing 😒

What do people do when fitting aftermarket spoilers that don't have a brake light fitted? Fitting my Livesports soon and it's just crossed my mind.

So I want to move my 7 point cusco roll cage (ep82 fitment) out of my SR and into my Glanza, trouble is it's a sunroof model so my question is, does anyone know why it wouldn't fit? As far as I can tell the front bar might foul the buttons but to be honest I can do without actually using the sunroof so I'm thinking whip the controls off and get the cage in?
