It's not a bad call I'm hoping it's not a dud coilover.........fuck it I'm going out to get it in the air again, have a proper look!

Got a Glanza rear beam I was gonna fit so have pretty much just wacked new coils on the back

Standard I think mate I've not changed them or really had a good look to be honest?

I notice it at slower speeds but hammer down (with a noisy bugger under the bonnet) and road noise from the bare rear you don't notice it. Imagine the noise if you shake a fridge lol.....but duller

I've got brand new coil overs in all 4 corners but the cars got a dull metallic knocking at the rear left corner but you can kind of feel it through the floor. Exhaust is pretty solid and it doesn't need much movement to cause the noise, kind of feels/sounds like a side to side movement that's causing it but everything under there feels tight? Recently fitted a panhard rod but I hadn't driven the car before doing everything to be able to pin point if it's something I've changed or something that needs replacing like a bearing or worn bushes or whatever........any ideas?

Reading all these make me feel so much better about my own special moments, great topic to bring up!

Good work mate! Same spacing as mine, defo need a bit of work on the rear arches had to take mine off after Japfest, every decent bump scrubed pretty bad and filled the car with the smell of freshly chewed rubber lol

It did look fucking cool.

There isn't enough space here for me to even start with mine! But jacking up the car before loosening the wheel nuts is a regular one for me too.

Thanks mate glad to see a few people got a photo, I hope the bonnet was up alex I disappeared off to the other side to sniff out the Daihatsu GTti stand (all 4 of them lol). Not for sale in the near future I'm afraid boys but I would love a GT Advance one day.........so I'd maybe consider a swap for the right car eventually ;) I've got everything to return it to an SR, interior, set of 5 mint speed lines, genuine TTE splitter......even a 4efe! Appreciate all the comments, still got things to do and problems to address but am loving the car just need to get a bit more aggressive with the gears

I did get mine with the prep already started though, dunno if the lad I got them off fucked about with them too much already but I have heard from other people that theirs were poor too. I'm gonna live with it but I'll try and take a picture of one on.

Nah I opted for drilling holes for panel pin things in the original Glanza positions with a blob of silicone on each and double sided padded tape for the sides!

I know exactly what you mean mate it's almost too much to take in! That's a shame though as it's got your old door bars and panhard on lol hopefully get it to a few more shows this summer! Did you take your Skyline?

Yeah the IDWorkz ones Rob as far as I know there's no issues with their other wings but these just don't fit so good mine are the Cruise reps. Lots of panel gap

In the process of putting cruise (rep) wings on mine but the fitment is shite. Maybe look into the livesports reps or if your budget allows try and hunt down some originals!

I totally get you mate they missed a trick when they stopped making those bumpers, loads of people after them!
