wel get urselve a stock 4efe pulley in your hand clean it up and look close at it there not a 1 piece i runn 1 of them

there both dampened take a close look deffo not the chipped 1 will be inbalanced

on a ct9 there is no restrictor unless a custom inline jobby other turbos 1.5mm for jouirnal bearing and 1mm restrictor for bal bearing
