StuDoc 72
Just use standard mate I doubt its going to be the h/g that fails running that sort of boost anyway.
MR-2
First most important thing is check piston and head inlet valve squishing area cap, there starts Your head gasket calculation, detonation will kill engine very easily and piston ring are first place were it starts. Max 1mm and under is way to go...

starletezy
standard head gasket will handle up to 260hp after that I don't know boost wise anything under 1.1 bar is fine
ashep91
So if I push 1.2 I would be playing with fire? What size thickness is the standard head gasket? What boost and hp will standard bolts hold
starletezy
1.2 will be fine the standard gasket thickness is 0.5mm. head bolts i don't really don't know they will definitely hold 250hp plus
gorganl2000
the stock h/gasket and stock h/bolts will handle the power and boost you mentioned above without issue----assuming you have oem/genuine items and your engine is in good conditionsome people have pushed the stock h/gasket and h/bolts far beyond your goals...300++bhp, 1.5/1.7bar you will need a good tune regardless

5e colin
your pistons will start failing at 1.2bar and on the glanza v engines rods to headbolts and gasket can handle more then a stock engine can handle stick to 1bar tdo4 to keep it lasting
